World Police/Fire Games, AEGON Ilkley Trophy and the Ilkley Open Championships. It’s been a busy summer of sport this year, encompassing competing abroad in Fairfax VA and at home in Ilkley, as well as coaching at the international pre-Wimbledon warm up tournament. The highlight is always another trip to the WPFG with my doubles partner and friend Colin Mackenzie, winning bronze medals in the singles and men’s doubles. If the legs hold up we’ll do it all again in Montreal in 2017. Now, back to the books.
