Passport To Murder – Bouchercon 2017. Toronto. North of the border. (Not the one with the potential future wall.) The setting for this year’s Bouchercon, the mystery writer’s convention that keeps on giving. It keeps giving me new friends, new readers, and new inspiration. From October 12th to 15th 2017 crime writers of the world converged on the city of ice hockey and that big needle thing a hundred and twenty floors high. I signed a few books, shook a lot of hands and got my fair share of hugs. For a bunch of people dealing in murder and mayhem, the crime writing community is warm, friendly and welcoming. I discovered new authors to follow and the latest books from authors I already love. It’s a win win situation. I hope I gave a little something back. Enjoy whatever book you’re reading. See you next year. Colin.
